Minnesota has electrical examination endoresement agreements with North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska for both Journeyman and Master licenses. They also have a Multi-State Reciprocal Agreement with Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Washington and Wyoming, which applies to the Class A Journeyman license.
